Senior AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Develop and deploy NLP solutions for text understanding, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
• Utilize Time Series Analysis techniques for forecasting, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.
• Explore and analyze existing and new datasets to extract highly predictive features and insights.
• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from diverse sources for analysis.
• Collaborate closely with our Data team to prioritize new datasets and produce ML models.
• Fine-tune production models and contribute to data engineering, pipelines, and MLOps architecture and operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development with a focus on NLP, Time Series Analysis, RAG, Sentiment Analysis, and related domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical techniques.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale data processing technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Langchain or other Text2SQL techniques.
• Knowledge of graph-based algorithms and graph databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Experience with deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
